Parameters

date
A System.DateTime value that indicates the date.

Return Value

true if the date is a holiday; otherwise, false.
Remarks
A specified date that uses the Holiday or ForceHoliday class is treated as a holiday. Also, weekday's can be treated as holidays by using the DayOfWeekHolidayPolicy structure.
